Main venue: Parcbit auditorium
How to get there: underground from Plaza de España, until the last stop Parc Bit. Then a 5-10 minutes walk. See map (2 possible paths).
On Monday, between 9 and 9:30, a local team member will be at the Parcbit metro stop to guide participants to the Auditorium.
You can pay for the metro in Palma (TIB network) by tapping a contactless debit/credit card or mobile device directly on the validation barriers upon entry and exit. More information and timetable here:
All talks, including the poster flash presentations, will take place at ParcBit auditorium.
The poster session discussion on Monday evening, as well as the social dinner, will be continued in Palma at CaixaForum Palma
Instructions for poster presenters:
- Please prepare (max) two slides for the flash presentation (2 minutes). Format: PDF in 16:9 (widescreen). Two flash presentation sessions have been planned (see program).
- Send the slide by email by Thursday, 19 March to Gabriele Cenedese: gcenedese-at-ifisc.uib-csic.es with subject: W4Q poster by SURNAME.
- Please also bring your mini-poster for the poster discussion session (Monday at 18:00) at Caixaforum (in the same building as the conference dinner). Posters will be presented in groups, seated at tables, without panels (recommended format: A3 printed poster).
For featured and regular talk presenters:
- Presentations must be uploaded to the local conference computer (Windows system). We recommend using PDF format to ensure compatibility.
